Booking direct with  Luxury Accommodation Fremantle

1. Complete our ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM or email us or  phone us. We assure a reply within 24 hours. IMPORTANT: Include the apartment you would like to rent (Cino or Long Mac), the exact dates required and the number of guests.
2. Once we have confirmed availability, we ask that you make the deposit payment in order to secure the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via the secure payment section of our web site. 
   
   Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay. This may be flexible subject to availability.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is at 2.00 p.m. and checkout is at 10.00 a.m. promptly. We will endeavour to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from interstate or overseas, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10.00 am and the apartments must be thoroughly cleaned.

Servicing
A complimentary weekly service is provided for all bookings over 8 nights. Additional service costs will vary depending on the size of apartment. 

Airport Transfer

Please ask if you wish us to arrange airport transfer with a private chauffeur service.

Parties

We operate a strict no party policy in respect of our neighbours.

Telephone and Internet

There are telephone facilities in each apartment enabling you to receive calls and make local calls. For calls to mobiles, National and International calls, you must use a phone card or an International calling card. Each apartment is also equipped with complimentary wireless high-speed Broadband Internet connection.

Smoking Policy

Square Dog operates has a very strict NO SMOKING policy. If there is any evidence of smoking in any of our apartments there will be an automatic direct debit of $200.00 onto your credit card.
